Danish farmers report climate additive imposed by Brussels is killing their cows
November 18, 2025
Danish farmers have expressed concern about mandatory “climate-friendly” feed imposed by Brussels, claiming that it is causing the death of their cows.
This year, the Danish government implemented a regulation requiring farmers with more than 50 cows to reduce methane emissions by using “climate feed” containing an additive developed by a Dutch multinational. This product, designed to inhibit certain enzymes in the cows’ digestive system and thus reduce emissions, has raised concerns among producers in the sector.
In recent days, more than 200 complaints have been filed with the National Association of Milk Producers, with several farmers reporting that their animals have experienced health problems or even died after consuming the additive. In light of this alarming situation, the association has asked the government to temporarily suspend the mandatory use of this additive until the safety of the supplement for livestock can be guaranteed.
According to reports in the local agricultural press, from October 1, 2025, until the writing of this news item, approximately 1,400 of Denmark’s 2,000 dairy farms have begun to incorporate the mandatory additive into their cows’ feed, thus complying with the Social Democratic government’s ecological decree. However, growing concern in the livestock sector raises questions about the viability of this measure and its impact on animal health, which could lead to a review of established policies in favor of environmental sustainability.

Prophecy being fulfilled for this news item
Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.
(Deuteronomy 28:31)
Disobedience to the precepts of the Holy Scriptures and the law of God brings about these curses, which were written centuries ago in the Bible. Now we see in the news the fulfillment of this prophecy written in the book of Deuteronomy, right before our eyes.
